How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. 

Please use the appropriate carrier's tracking features to determine when your package is in transit for orders being delivered to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Korea, Spain. Sweden, Switzerland. Tracking feature may not be available for some international destinations. 

 

Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.

 

How long will it take for my package to get to me?
This will depend on your Country of Residence. Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We use the fastest and most cost-effective available shipping options. 

 

UNITED STATES: 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS
CANADA: 2 TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS
LOCAL GREATER TORONTO, ONTARIO: ORDERS ARE COURIERED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS - HAMILTON TO WHITBY, BRAMPTON TO NEWMARKET
INTERNATIONAL: 5 to 22 BUSINESS DAYS

Late shipments due to COVID-19 delays can file a claim as a lost item as follows:
For lost U.S. domestic shipments you can file a claim after 30 days and for international shipments, you can file a claim after 45 days. Contact us (hi (at) thisisyourbrainonplants.com) if you haven’t received your order within the formerly listed timeframe applicable to your Country of Residence. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not provide refunds, however, we are happy to issue a store credit that never expires on returned items that are in their original condition with tags attached. 

Please note: exclusions will be noted on the product page for items that are final sale and not eligible to be returned. This includes masks as they are final sale. 

 

How do I return/exchange an order?
Contact us (hi (at) thisisyourbrainonplants.com) to let us know that the item is being returned and place it in the mail within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship any returns back to us. Returns must arrive back to us through USPS or Canada Post (ensure that your local carrier is partnered with USPS or Canada Post). Please do not ship with FedEx or UPS, as they charge import/brokerage fees when shipping to us in Canada. Any returns sent using FedEx or UPS will be declined or brokerage fees will be deducted from the credit.

Mark the contents as "return" and note the value as under $50 (this will ensure that there are no complications with the delivery). Please include a note inside the package that lists your order number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.

Return shipping is not covered by This Is Your Brain On Plants LTD. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If brokerage or duty fees are charged due to a mislabeled return it will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

 

Helpful hint: we strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
Once we have received your package, your credit will be issued. 

 

Can I exchange an item? 
Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges on merchandise, but we can offer you a store credit so that you can choose something else from our site. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

There is something missing, defective, or it’s not what I ordered. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately via email (hi (at) thisisyourbrainonplants.com). Please provide us with your order number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.

Please keep in mind: even great quality vintage and recycled items like the ones we stock can have minor imperfections.
